Compliance Concerns & Reporting

If you believe you have encountered fraudulent or unethical business practices in Texas, you have the option to contact the Texas Attorney General’s Office to submit a consumer complaint.

License Violation Questions & Concerns

If you believe a clinician may not have followed professional or licensure standards, you may reach out to the applicable licensing board for support or further information.

Request Access to Your Records

Client records are retained for seven years, or five years after a former minor client turns 18. If you need access to your records, requests can be made through our email. Administrative fees may apply.
